This Women's History Month, along side Beatricia "Hwanhari" Brun I'll be hosting a workshop in honor of YOU and the women who inspired you. Our intention is for you to fully embrace who you are within a community of other women as we reflect, share and connect. The Honor Your Truth workshop will include: 

 

• Yoga

• Breathwork

• Energy Work

• Sound healing

 

…And an open safe & supportive space for women to share stories in conversation, poetry, song or however, you choose to honor yourself.

 

Being a woman is rewarding but it can be exhausting at times, which is why we’ll also focus  tapping into and restoring our inner strengths. 

 

It’s my wish for women in the L&B community to feel safe being and sharing who they are. Beatricia and I are looking forward to hearing your story and sharing ours.
