During this time we will identify  energetic blockages and how it correlates to your emotions, thought patterns and life experiences. Recommendations on how to clear and balance your energies will be provided.

Best recommended if you feel called to or are curious about crystals. During this time you will select up to 5 crystals that intuitively resonate with you. We will cleanse, Reiki charge and set your intentions for your new crystals. As we connect to the universal life force energy we will also work with the crystals and singing bowls to amplify the benefits of the session. The crystals are yours to keep for your continued work. You may place them in your home, office, car, pocket, meditation space, create an amulet or wherever you feel most comfortable and connected. This creates tension in the jaw, neck and shoulders. Take a few seconds and connect with your body right now. What did you notice? During this session I will cleanse your skin and massage using my relaxing aromatherapy blend "Light as a Feather." Massage includes, face, neck and shoulder.
