Service Description
This Women's History Month, along side Beatricia "Hwanhari" Brun I'll be hosting a workshop in honor of YOU and the women who inspired you. Our intention is for you to fully embrace who you are within a community of other women as we reflect, share and connect. The Honor Your Truth workshop will include: Yoga Breathwork Energy Work Sound healing …And an open safe & supportive space for women to share stories in conversation, poetry, song or however, you choose to honor yourself. Being a woman is rewarding but it can be exhausting at times, which is why we’ll also focus tapping into and restoring our inner strengths.

Cancellation Policy
Reschedule up to one time penalty free with 48 hour notice and deposit will be applied to new appointment. Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment and no shows forfeit their deposit. A deposit will be required for the next appointment. No refunds.
